  5. Install Appium Doctor: Appium Doctor is a tool that helps you verify that all necessary dependencies are installed and configured correctly. Use the “npm install -g appium-doctor” command to install Appium Doctor.
  6. Configure Xcode: You’ll need to configure Xcode to allow it to run automated tests. To do this, you’ll need to open Xcode, go to “Preferences,” then “Accounts,” and add your Apple ID.
  7. Create a new iOS app project in Xcode: You’ll need to create a new iOS app project in Xcode against which to test. This app can be as simple as a “Hello World” or as complex as your own.
  8. Connect iOS device to Mac: Using a USB cable, you’ll need to connect your iOS device to your Mac to run tests on it.
  9. Start Appium: You can start Appium by running the following command in your terminal: “appium”.
  10. Write your Appium tests: You can write your Appium tests using a language of your choice, such as Java, Ruby, or Python.
  11. Run your tests: Once they are written, you can run them using the Appium GUI or the command line.
